The Setup:
I come to your office and set up a studio space on site. This space will ideally not interfere with your employees’ day-to-day activities. We can use a lobby, wide hallway or vacant office for the mobile studio.
I have a wide range of background options including solid colors that I can match to your corporate branding. Some companies also prefer to use an existing background either in the office or outside.
The Shoot:
Once I set up the studio with your chosen background, the fun begins! Employees can stop by anytime during the session, snap their headshot, and return to their day.
The total session time will vary based on the number of employees being photographed, but you can expect an average of 4 people per 30 minute block. For their headshots, employees should wear whatever office attire that makes them feel their best.
The Final Product:
After the shoot, individuals can select their favorite photo immediately following their session, or can do so via online gallery. Then, I’ll do some natural retouching — skin softening, removing any stray hairs or blemishes, etc.
Then, I’ll bundle all employee headshots together and provide you with the digital files to use in your internal and external corporate branding materials.
